Hatchet Outdoor Supply Co. accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with original tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that certain limited-release items and final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Pack Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manufacturer tags and protective materials are included to maintain eligibility.
Ship to Hatchet
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 5 business days of receiving your RA.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the gear for quality assurance, your refund or store credit will be processed within 7-10 business days.
